C.R.E.W. Hosts Communications Workshop

On Friday, September 23, 2023, Citnalta's C.R.E.W. hosted a Communications Workshop at the main office. Speaker, Ellen Frisina, was a communications professor at Hofstra University for 22 years and was responsible for creating their Public Relations Department. Agenda items for the workshop included understanding your audience, using proper language, and delivering negative information. Ellen also reviewed real-life examples of passive listening, being talked down to, and communicating effectively without making it personal.
