Citnalta received Notice to Proceed in late September, 2023, for the Dormitory Authority State of New York’s (DASNY) Lehman College’s Davis Hall, a surety completion project for an interior fit-out that will be completed in the summer of 2024.
The scope of work includes the demolition of an interior portion of the first floor of Davis Hall. The existing walls are a mixture of terracotta and plater which will be updated to stud and sheetrock partitions. The project will update the space and the first floor will be repurposed into several offices, and a new computer teaching lab.
