NYS Office of General Services
Citnalta Construction Corp. provided construction management and general contractor services on the design-build of a new Central Services Building for the South Beach Psychiatric Center on Staten Island, New York. Upon completion of design, Citnalta immediately began an aggressive procurement process, soliciting subcontractors for each trade. Citnalta provided project field personnel to manage the subcontractors and execution of the work through project completion. The scope of work included: ground up construction (including wood piles), concrete foundations, steel structure, masonry façade, and all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and finish trades.
