We are proud to introduce our 2026 Summer Interns!

At Citnalta, we are committed to providing meaningful opportunities for students who are eager to explore the construction industry and gain firsthand experience with the many roles that contribute to our success. Each intern is carefully matched with projects that align with their academic background, interests, and career goals.

Throughout the summer, our team mentors, supports, and challenges interns to expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and gain valuable industry experience. As a culmination of the program, each intern presents on a topic related to their project, sharing their insights with the Citnalta team.

One of the things we value most is seeing interns grow into long-term members of our organization. Many of our current employees began their careers at Citnalta as interns and have since become integral members of our team.

Binghamton University Class of 2027 - Industrial & Systems Engineering

“Through my past internships, I’ve developed an interest in construction and infrastructure projects, especially how they’re coordinated and executed in real time. I’m really excited to join Citnalta this summer and be part of a team working on active projects. I’m especially looking forward to being out in the field and seeing how day-to-day operations are managed on a larger scale project.”

“ I chose this field of study because I am fascinated by the systems that power our world and how they work. I have always been very drawn to mathematics and science and wanted to expand my knowledge in higher education. As a first-year student, most of my education consists of the foundational knowledge needed for my major. I am most excited to see how these concepts come to life in the real world. I cannot wait to work with Citnalta this summer and am looking forward to learning from everyone on the team!”

“ I chose civil engineering because I've always had an interest in how things were built and using my skills such as working on cars and motorcycles. I also became a member of the ACE program my senior year of high school which gave me a glimpse of what civil engineers do which peaked my interest even more. This summer, I look forward to working with professionals where they can mentor me and help develop my project management skills even further. I also look forward to gaining additional experience related to construction.”
