Citnalta is excited to announce this year’s scholarship awards. Each year, our scholarship programs recognize the hard work, ambition, and potential of the children of our employees, supporting them as they pursue higher education and meaningful careers.

Through the Nicholas J. Gargiulo Memorial Scholarship and the Citnalta Scholarship, we are proud to invest in the next generation of leaders, innovators, and professionals. The Nicholas J. Gargiulo Memorial Scholarship was created in honor of the life and accomplishments of Citnalta’s cofounder Nicholas J. Gargiulo and offers up to $25,000 to one student to be paid out over the course of the winner’s college education. The Citnalta Scholarship offers a $2500 award to up to 10 students per year, paid out between the fall and spring semester.

Hansel Rosario, son of Citnalta’s Hamlet Rosario, will be attending Hofstra University this fall, where he plans to major in Mechanical Engineering—a field that closely aligns with the core of our industry and the future of construction innovation.

Ella Connolly, daughter of Citnalta’s Joe Connolly, will be pursuing a degree in Communications and Public Relations, with a minor in Fashion Merchandising. Her chosen path highlights the diverse ambitions and talents within the Citnalta family and reflects the broad impact education can have across industries.

These scholarships recognize the dedication of our employees, the achievements of their families, and the importance of creating opportunities for growth and success. We’re proud of the many students these scholarships have supported over the years, and we look forward to continuing to invest in the next generation!
