This past June, Citnalta employees attended the Women Builders Council AIM 2022: a National Women’s Leadership Forum. The two-day event allowed our coworkers to engage in a series of immersive workshops and captivating conversations on leadership strategies, practical skills, and professional growth in the building industry. In the open and honest discussions with our peers, Citnalta employees learned about employee resource groups (ERGs). ERGs promote inclusivity by being formed around shared life experiences. These groups support coworkers by engaging employees in team building, career development, and partnership.
Thanks to the initiative of various employees and the support of the Citnalta Executives, we are proud to announce Citnalta’s first ERG – Confident Reliable Empowered Women (C.R.E.W.). Theresa Bebber, Lisa Levanti, Gladys Lo-Young, Shannon Miller, and Monica Rice are honored and excited to be C.R.E.W.’s captains and will work together with the C.R.E.W. team to flourish and promote the ERG’s goals.
To kick off this women-centric bonding experience, the C.R.E.W will participate in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on October 16th, 2022. Fundraising for this important cause will be ongoing throughout the month of October. Click here to donate to the team.
