St. Albans Elevator Reaches Substantial Completion

This project marks a major step forward in accessibility and rider experience, featuring a new elevator built within the existing pedestrian tunnel to provide seamless access between street and platform levels. Additional upgrades include ADA parking enhancements, new sidewalks, lighting, guardrails, and weatherproof Help Point kiosks for improved safety and convenience.
